Calming silence

Modern people are surrounded by noise all day long. This causes stress. Music has a relaxing effect on many people. The short quiet intervals between the music have a calming effect. This means that the style has no influence on the heart rate or blood pressure. It is the breaks that count! But even better than Mozart or Robbie Williams is silence. My tip for today: take a break! Go outside and enjoy the silence.
