Right of return / returns

For online orders:

You have the right to return the goods within 14 days of receipt and to cancel the purchase contract. Provided the goods are in perfect, undamaged and original condition.
However, this can only be done after written notification to Wohnreich and subsequent confirmation.
Returns of online orders cannot be made in store and will not be accepted. Please send returns to:

The return shipping costs are always borne by the buyer.

The right of return is excluded for goods ordered for you personally. The same applies to ordered furniture from all furniture brands.

There is no right of return for reduced items.

Returns for in-store purchases:

You have the right to return the goods within 14 days of receipt and to cancel the purchase contract. This is provided that the goods are in perfect, undamaged and original packaging and upon presentation of the original purchase receipt.

The following are excluded from return :

Items that have been purchased at a reduced price . Display pieces and products/furniture that have been ordered especially for you .

Defects

Wohnreich is not liable for indirect damage or consequential damage . In the event of complaints or objections, please carefully record the damage (photo, protocol, witnesses) and contact: [email protected]

Wohnreich is also not liable for or replaces products that you have damaged when receiving and unpacking them . We therefore advise you to examine the goods carefully upon delivery. If there is any visible damage, please have the driver acknowledge and sign it. No report of defects is valid without a signature.
