A small vitamin bomb

Posted by Wohnreich on

In these days, in the past weeks, throughout the lovely, seemingly endless winter, be it your own child, the neighbor’s child, your friend, an acquaintance, your teacher or the flower lady,
There is always someone sick.
To prevent this, because somehow I have the slight suspicion
Now it's my turn, I'm going to give myself a vitamin boost today .
Our body needs vitamin B6 for a strong immune system.
This is found in the avocado.
In general, the avocado is a package of vitamins .
Vitamin E increases our performance.
Vitamin K is important for blood clotting.
Avocados also contain biotin , which is very important for our beautiful skin, hair and nails. Magnesium is also contained in high quantities in each of these vitamin bombs.
The abundant vitamin B6 is important for bone and muscle formation. And we need iron for blood formation.
Potassium and sodium are positive for our cardiovascular system .
Yes, all these vitamins, and not to forget all the saturated and unsaturated fatty acids, are in the miracle fruit,
Avocados !

For a very tasty vitamin bomb you need the following:

* 2 sour apples
* 2 avocado
* 1 red onion
* 8 spring onions
* 100 ml dried cranberries
* 4 tbsp lemon juice
* 1 tbsp liquid honey
* Salt and freshly ground pepper

The preparation is easy, simple and quick:

Mix together lemon juice, honey, salt and pepper.
Dice the apples and avocados , finely chop the onions and cut the spring onions into thin slices.
Roughly chop the cranberries.
Mix all ingredients together and pour the dressing over it.
Season with some additional salt and pepper if necessary.

A healthy week
wishes you
Nina
