Heavenly Pie

Posted by Wohnreich on

After being invited to eat pie at a dear friend's house last week, I was so excited that I had to bake one myself yesterday.

It only requires a few ingredients that you usually have in the kitchen.
Here is the small, handy 1 x 1 for easy success:
Fruit (fresh or frozen)
Butter, flour and sugar
Fill the pie bowl well with the fruit.
Mix butter, flour and sugar in equal parts to form a crumbly dough.
Place the dough over the fruit.
Place in the oven at 200° for about 30 minutes until the crust is nice and golden.
Of course, you can refine the recipe with spices.
There is also a large selection of fruit.
We used plums with a mix of berries.
I really enjoyed the very simple version.
Very easy and very tasty.
Next Sunday my children are baking, it's a done deal.

Now available in the home, the Pie Form from Green Gate.
