Advent greetings from space

Posted by Wohnreich on

"Good night, good luck, Merry Christmas and God bless you all - all of you on good old Earth."

No, that is not my evening Advent greeting.

This greeting reached humanity on Christmas Eve 1968 from Apollo 8.
The crew of the space capsule were the first people to reach the far side of the moon and also the first people to spend Christmas in space.

Here and now we are on earth and the days until Christmas are numbered. The packages on the Advent calendar are already half opened.

" 24 Days of Advent ", an atmospheric book, designed as a calendar to browse through. There are still 12 more surprises left.

Have fun and a pleasant 3rd Advent evening
wishes
