Bake bake muffin

Millet muffin with blueberries
Ingredients:
125 g soft butter, 125 g sugar, 1 pinch of salt,
2 eggs, 150 g flour, 1 tsp baking powder, 150 g millet,
1/2 dl milk, 100 g frozen blueberries.
Preheat oven to 180 degrees. Makes about 12 pieces
Preparation:
Mix butter, sugar and salt to a light mass. Add eggs. Beat for 3 minutes until fluffy. Mix flour and baking powder. Add millet and milk. Mix to form a viscous dough. Carefully fold in blueberries. Distribute paper cases into muffin tins. Pour in the mixture and bake for approx. 30 minutes. Allow to cool, then arrange nicely on Rice ceramic plates and serve.
