The best conditions to enjoy the day to the fullest under the blue sky.
For small and big thirsts, mix up a homemade lemonade today:
Bring 500 ml of water to the boil.
Put 500 g sugar, 25 g citric acid and the grated peel of 7 limes in a pot.
Pour hot water into the pot and stir well.
Let cool and add the lime juice.
Pour into bottles and let it steep overnight.
If you like things colorful, just add a dash of food coloring to a few bottles.
By the way, citric acid not only tastes good when making lemonade or jam, it is also extremely versatile and can be used in the home.
