Joan of Arc

Posted by Wohnreich on

The folk heroine Joan of Arc was a French peasant girl whose fate ended with her being burned at the stake in 1431. Despite her young age, she managed to lead an army, crown a king and spark hopes of a turning point for France in its 100-year war against England. She herself proclaimed that it was the call of God that drove her. She was extremely strong-willed and goal-oriented. She did not submit to the dogmas of the time. She went her own way and fought to the end for what she believed in.

Inspired by this courage and the iron will to remain true to oneself, the Danish company Jeanne d'Arc Living was founded after 600 years.
Jeanne d'Arc Living's interest lies in questions of lifestyle, furnishing and garden design.
The book "French Moods - in a Nordic Way" is a kind of introduction to the style of Jeanne d'Arc Living.
In 2009 the magazine "Jeanne d'Arc Living" was published for the first time.
With the ad-free magazine, they clearly stand out from the crowd. The magazine is published 8 times a year, and the French-Nordic style continues to run like a common thread through the pages.

I am very pleased to be able to offer Jeanne d'Arc Living as a new and exclusive offering in Wohnreich.

An atmospheric week
I wish everyone!
