Thanks to Maison&Objet in Paris.
I was there!
And I was in heaven!
Design bundled in 8 halls.
3,150 exhibitors present their offerings
on an area of 135,000 m2.
Maison&Objet is the largest consumer goods trade fair in the world.
85,000 visitors discover the latest trends in home fashion over the course of five days. I was only able to enjoy this pulse for one day.
I have come to the realization that one lifetime will not be enough for me to experience all living styles and fashions first hand.
The trade fair was divided into the following areas:
"global decoration concept with multicultural influences". "Furniture for the whole family in country style, for a French way of life". "Indoor and outdoor decoration in the colors of nature". "Major international brands and cultural design, a touch of luxury for the interior" and "classic trendy and stylish furniture".
This selection will make you want everything!
And this doesn't make it any easier. But it makes it all the nicer, because I'm just sticking to Pippi Longstocking, who always knew:
"....I make the world as I like it...."
