It was love at first sight...the straws and me.


At the moment I am a big fan of smoothies.
Whatever comes into my hands in the kitchen gets mixed or shaken.


My absolute favorite of the week is the banana-milk-peanut butter smoothie.


I use the following products:
* 4 dl almond milk
* 1 banana
* 2 tbsp strawberry jam
* 4 tbsp Peanut butter creamy

Running in the rain...

Many people will probably have to run in the rain today, as the 10th marathon in Zurich is taking place today.
A look out of the window shows me a stormy sea and thick, black clouds that are racing towards me from Zurich... well, luckily Ilse has designed unique rain jackets and rubber boots. I'll put them on right now and then head out into the wet fun.
