Delivery times and general questions

Wohnreich's wish is to make you happy!

Of course, this also requires a quick delivery of your favorite items. We ship your online purchase after 1-2 days. You will receive a tracking number by email so that you can see where your package is.

For some manufacturers, we order your products individually for you! This can lead to longer delivery times. We will do our best to keep you up to date. If you order furniture, we will contact you personally.

We also reserve the right to extend delivery times during busy periods such as Advent.

Can products be reserved?

Unfortunately not. For logistical reasons, this is too complicated. But if you put your favorite product in your shopping cart, it will stay there until the item is sold out online.

Is there a minimum order value?

No, there is no minimum order value in the online shop.

Is there a volume discount?

In principle, no. However, for larger purchases, we will be happy to check for you whether a volume discount is possible. This applies to a minimum purchase of CHF 5,500.00 or more.

Are deliveries to Germany possible?

Due to the high freight costs and the need to fill out customs documents, this is unfortunately not possible at the moment. We deliver within Switzerland and Liechtenstein.
