The Wood cot is a beautiful baby bed, designed to take into account both the baby's and the parents' need for closeness and security during the first months of life. At the same time, things like breastfeeding, comfort and, last but not least, the necessary sleep of the child and parents have been taken into account. When the baby's bed is connected to the parents' bed, the railing side can be lowered easily and safely. This means the baby feels the all-important closeness and the parents can sleep in optimal conditions because they know that the child is safe and content next to them. The Wood cot provides security and peace for the baby both at night and during the day, and with the sides closed it functions as a cozy bassinet. Thanks to rubber-tired wheels, the bed can be moved around silently. With its stylish appearance and harmonious dimensions, it fits wonderfully into the rest of the decor.

The Wood side bed is characterized by its characteristic Scandinavian design and is made from 100% solid birch and oak. The safety-tested design of the bed meets a whole range of needs: the stepless height adjustment ensures the perfect position in relation to the parents' bed, but the baby cannot accidentally roll into it. The beautifully shaped lattice sides and the slatted floor of the bed ensure optimal air circulation.

When the baby needs a different bed after the first 6-9 months, the Wood cot can easily be transformed into a lovely little bench using the legs and open front part provided. The bench is height adjustable and can therefore accompany the child for many years to come. Just like the cot, it can be used in the bedroom, living room and kitchen, i.e. in rooms where the other family members also spend time.

The optional Wood canopy pole further expands the functionality of the Wood side bed. The bracket, which can be easily mounted on the bed, can be used for an enchanting mobile that stimulates the baby's gaze or for the bed canopy, which not only gives the baby a sense of security but also protects it from drafts and bright light. If the bed is later converted into a bench, the canopy can create a cozy cave atmosphere.

We use the best possible materials and the final products are only treated with non-toxic interior varnishes and water-based paints. Tested and approved according to the new EN safety standard EN 1130:2019. The first EN safety standard for side beds was published in December 2019.
The bench is tested and approved according to EN 17191:2017.
