I don't know exactly - but I certainly like the taste.
First and foremost, rhubarb.
As a child, we stuck raw rhubarb stalks into sugar and nibbled on them.
More sugar than rhubarb, but that doesn't matter.
It is said that the discovery of a new dish makes people happier than the discovery of a new star.

Back then, during the years at sea, it was of great importance.
Today, on land, it is still of great importance.
The weather.
If I had been born a weather fairy, there would certainly be blue skies and sunshine 365 days a year, with temperatures a pleasant 30°C.
But then I couldn’t use the three beautiful words here:
"Gone with the Wind"
And there would be no original weather station either...
